Wholesale Policies


My minimum opening order is $150. Repeat buyers are extended Net 30 terms, but for first orders, payment via credit card or check is required prior to shipping. For repeat buyers, the minimum order is $100 with Net 30 terms. Exceptions to my requested minimum can be made on a case-by-case basis for repeat buyers placing card-only orders. Invoices are sent upon shipment. No orders for accounts with a balance due will be shipped until outstanding payment has been made.



Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Expect an average of two weeks for your order to arrive, but please note that I work with wonderful local fine art printers and orders may take up to three weeks to ship if I cannot fill your order from my current inventory. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged accordingly. Unless other arrangements have been made, domestic orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Flat Rate (with regional rates when possible), and International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.



Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damages must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred. The Dapper Jackalope does not accept returns on unsold seasonal merchandise.



All products from The Dapper Jackalope must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards. If you are selling products from The Dapper Jackalope online, credit must be given to The Dapper Jackalope in the product description. Retailers may not sell products from The Dapper Jackalope on third party online platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.) without obtaining prior permission.
