Today on the blog, we're taking a peek into my studio!
My studio is a room in my home--a room with lots of natural light and great proximity to the coffee in the kitchen, both of which are very important.
I've worked really hard to find the right balance of creative aesthetic and practical functionality for my studio; I'm great at the former, but need a little help with the latter. But with a bookshelf and tons of mason jars, I've found a good way to organize my supplies and books!
I've also put together this gallery wall of other people's art, which is so important to have in my creative space! I'm really inspired by so many of my fellow artists and have both purchased prints for this wall and traded for them. I love doing trades because it feels so old-world to me, especially when done with artists who make other things besides paper goods.
I adore this little room. It's the happiest place on earth to me. Thanks for taking this studio tour with me today!
